Welcome to Bear Lake RV Park Lot Owners Site

With temperatures at the Park predicted to fall below 30 degrees this weekend, the Park was winterized on Friday, October 10, 2008.

Water is now shut off at the Park and will remain so until snow pack allows access in mid April.

In accordance with the CCRs. the Park will remain open until December 1, 2008, at which time the gate will be closed until the water is turned on again in the Spring.

We will keep you posted on developments with the Park and related issues as they arise during the off season.

Those of you who attended the meeting on July 5 were advised that Mr.  Verlo Howell has filed a lawsuit to prevent the association from managing the  park, collecting fees and administering to the needs of lot owners.  We  are confident that we will prevail in this cause; however, as you all know it  will require retaining an attorney to defend our interests.  This will  require a retainer to begin the process as well as additional attorney fees  until the issue is resolved.
